Why can’t I find my friend through in-game searching?

First, please ensure that you and your friend are on the same server. Players on the Asian Server and the Global Server cannot add each other as in-game friends.

Once you’ve confirmed that you are on the same server, open your Friend List by clicking the button at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Click on “Add New” and then enter your friend’s in-game ID to search for and add them to your Friend List.

To view your own in-game ID, click on your avatar in the bottom menu bar to reveal your personal profile, where your ID can be found. (Note: your ID can be conveniently copied with a click.)
