How to appeal after being banned?

According to the “Party Animals Game Community Rules,” if a player commits significant violations of the rules during gameplay, their game account may be permanently banned.

If you think that your game account has been treated unjustly which contradicts the “Party Animals Game Community Rules,” please log in and access the “Create a Ticket” page and submit a ticket to us. Please provide your Steam or Xbox account information, reasons for appeal, and add relevant attachments to the ticket.

How to find your Steam ID on Steam:

1. Open your Steam Community Profile
2. Click Edit Profile
3. If you’ve never set a custom Steam Community URL for your account, your ID will will be shown in the URL under the CUSTOM URL box in the format 76561198#########
4. If you have set a custom URL for your account, you can delete the text in the CUSTOM URL box to see your account’s ID in the URL listed below.

How to find your Xbox Gamertag on Xbox:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the menu.
2. Go to the Profile tab on the Xbox menu.
3. Open your own Xbox Profile page to find your Xbox Gamertag.
