Refunds on In-Game Purchases

• In-game purchases refer to the acquisition of in-game items by players using real money or in-game currency. Items acquired through direct purchases within the game can not be refunded.
• Refunds of in-game currency will be processed in the following situations:
  • When you gift an item to a friend, if they already possess that item, typically the item won’t be successfully delivered. If repeated item gifting occurs, an equivalent amount of in-game currency will be refunded to you.
  • When you gift a bundle to a friend, there’s a chance they might already possess some of the items included. If this occurs, after successful delivery of the bundle, an amount of in-game currency equivalent to the value of the repeated items will be refunded to you.
