If you encounter any abnormal situations in the game and need to report a bug to us, please refer to these steps:
- Collect all the screenshots and videos relevant to the problem.
- On the Party Animals official website, click “Support,” choose “Create a Ticket,” and then log in with your third-party account.
- On the “Create a Ticket” page, provide a detailed description of the abnormal situation, your email, then attach relevant files such as screenshots and videos, and log files (How Can I Find Game Log Files?). Please note that the total size of attachments should not exceed 50 MB; then click to “Submit” the ticket.
When sending us game log files via a ticket on our offical website, you can compress all the logs into a ZIP file before uploading. If the compressed file exceeds 50 MB, please prioritize sending the most recent logs.
